FAQ

Q1.How many pcs can we fit tires in a 40ft container?

– For TBR tires, we can fit around 300 PCs into a 40ft container.

Q2.How many containers can we ship out monthly?

– While it depends on the sizes you request, we can ship 10 containers per month.

Q3.How many days to be delivered, and for ocean days?

– If we already have the stock and can secure freight space soon for the container, we can ship in 7 or 10 days after we confirm your order. However, if we need to collect the tires, we may take a few weeks.

Q4.How much is the freight cost from japanese port to your port or destination?

– The freight cost normally changes monthly. Please let me know your port/destination and we will quote it with my agent.

Q5.How do we do for claims on tire quality we ship out?

– As long as the customer sends the photos and we confirm the tire condition, we can offset it with the next load or we can send the compensation by bank transfer.

    We dispatch a shipping company according to FOB and CNF to load the order.

    After loading, we send you the shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, BL copy, etc.).

    You pay the remaining balance within 30 days after issuance of the BL.

*Depending on the conditions, we may apply for trade insurance.

*You can also come to Japan and visit us to see our used tires as long as our border opens again after the pandemic is over.

*If you find any flaws or wrong with our tires,
we are going to subtract it from the next container amount or send the amount by T/T remittance if no more
next containers would be ordered.
